Teddy Bears on Their Way to Kids in Bangladesh
Part 3: Waiting (March 2015)
There have been some complications. Bangladesh, where the teddies are supposed to spend their lives making children happy, is dealing with unrest. It’s bad, traveling has become dangerous. School kids are alright though and that’s good. We’ll have to wait some time before meeting the children. We won’t be able to fly by the end of March. Well, that’s life. For now, we’ll keep our fingers crossed for them and spend our time reasonably. How about we learn some Bengali? We start with the most beautiful sentence: “I love you,” or “Ami tomake balobashi” in Bengali. You can listen to it here.
We put a couple of the latest photos from Dhaka and a few teddies below.
