Graduation in autumn, graduation with confidence...
Autumn graduation, graduation with confidence... we say when we fail in May and June to pass the “maturity exams.” In Bangladesh, this slogan will become a national reality this year. The Minister of Education stated last week that high school students do not have to take the exams in order to graduate…
All students will receive a high school diploma (HSC - Higher School Certificate) without sweat, stress and tension in the final exams. Although - and this must be emphasized - they prepared hard and honestly for the exams on the originally scheduled date of April 1.
The higher school certificate will be issued to them in December, based on the average marks from the previous two state exams SSC (Secondary School Certificate - after 10th grade) and JSC (Junior Scholl Certificate - after 8th grade). Some will be lucky in this way of evaluating, some may be not, but everyone will pass. Well, even such effects can have a covid-19 pandemic on everyday life. All that remains is to wish all graduates a successful entry into life and enthusiasm for further study.
And dear donors, thank you for your faithful support of children and students in Bangladesh. Together we help them on the path to a better life.
